Course Description

Monkeypox is a rare illness caused by infection with the monkeypox virus. With outbreaks in the Western Hemisphere linked to the exotic pet trade and international travel, this virus is clinically significant due to its endemicity to western and central Africa. This module highlights the clinical presentation, diagnosis, complications, and management of human monkeypox infections.
